Hum Honge Kamyab

My taste in music sure got no limit. So here we are, one of my favorite song which I recommend especially to those who just broke up, since these people at the state which they appreciate the meaning of a song the most? am I right? hahahaha ok kidding .. I recommend to all of my comrades, trust me this is the best song to sing in group (while making assignment) just before your mental broke down.

My Name is Khan's version : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o1pHRZXK3T0

This song originally a key anthem for African-American Civil Rights Movement and many other protest that later translated into Hindi. You can search the whole story in Wikipedia, now back to my story, I first acknowledged this song in Youtube while searching for Jana Gana Mana (Yes.. India National Anthem just become my favorite song) and later when I realized this song also appear in Mann and My name is Khan.

Why I like it so much? Because every time I listen to the song, I can feel... hope..... hope for anything. There are some saying said, you can live 4 weeks without food, 4 days without water, or maybe 4 minutes without air, but you cannot hold even for 4 second if there is no hope. This song is popular in India among school children and political activist, now you know why. Hold my hand ... and let's turn the radio on ^^

Hum honge kaamyaab, hum honge kaamyab
hum honge kaamyab ek din
ho ho mann main hai vishwas
poora hai vishwas
hum honge kaamyaab ek din.
hogi shanti charo aur
hogi shanti charo aur
hogi shanti charo aur ek din
ho ho mann main hai vishwas
poora hai vishwas
hogi shanti charo aur ek din
hum chalenge saath saath
dale haathon main haath
hum chalenge saath saath ek din
ho ho ho mann main hai vishwas
poora hai vishwas
hum chalenge saath saath ek din.
Nahi darr kisi ka aaj
nahi bhay kisi ka aaj
Nahi darr kisi ka aaj ke din
ho ho mann main hai vishwas
poora hai vishwas
nahi darr kisi ka aaj ke din.

We shall overcome, we shall overcome
We shall overcome some day
Oh, deep in my heart, I do believe
We shall overcome some day
We'll walk hand in hand
We'll walk hand in hand some day
Oh, deep in my heart, I do believe
We’ll walk hand in hand some day
We shall live in peace, we shall live in peace
We shall live in peace some day
Oh, deep in my heart, I do believe
WE shall live in peace some day
We are not afraid
We are not afraid some day
Oh, deep in my heart, I do believe
We are not afraid some day
we shall overcome
We shall overcome some day
Oh, deep in my heart, I do believe
We shall overcome some day
